Lupin the Third: The Del Monte Ruby

[Book 1] Lupin the Third enthusiast, Ruby Del Monte, lives in a gilded cage. Her obscenely wealthy brother-in-law plays the role of a heavy-handed parent, keeping her locked away like a princess in a tower. But Ruby lives vicariously through the exploits of her criminal hero. After a huge internet rumor circulates about the priceless 'Del Monte ruby,' Lupin and the gang are on the scene. In the blink of an eye, Ruby is swept up into the criminal underworld, facing off against her own corrupt brother-in-law as she works with Lupin and the gang to steal 'Project Stardust' right out from under Antony Del Monte's nose. But Ruby herself is more than what she seems, and it is up to Lupin, Jigen, and Goemon to help her discover the secret to herself and follow the legacy laid out by her late parents in an adventure that puts everyone's moral compass to the test.
