I stared at my phone screen not being able to move, my eyes fixated to the screen with disbelief. A few seconds later another text came in and another.
"Hey babe? You there?"

What was I supposed to say? I missed him, the fact that I actually wished he was right beside me and I'd hug him till he was breathless and kiss him over and over again, confessing my undying love for him -over my fat dead body.
