In 1985, the unthinkable happened. Yuri's gambit had paid off as he had been successful in dividing the world long enough so that none of them can join force against his ultimate trump card deep in the ice of Antarctica. With the Mental Omega Device now active, there was no more 'free will' in the world anymore, only one - her will, the Creation of Yuri, Libra. What Yuri could not see in his lifetime, his Proselyte and his 'daughter' had achieved in his stead, bringing humanity into a greater hivemind, for the better or worse.

Yet, the fierce battle in Antarctica had left the Tower far from perfection. Not all had given up their fights nor succumbed to the mind control influence of the Device, and there in the frigid cold of the north, a new beacon was lit in Point Hope of Alaska under banner of the Foehn Revolution Front - a ragtag confederation of renegade PRC troops and the remnants of the Allied Antarctica force that had managed to escape the frosty hell. For years they had survived the onslaught, rebuilt their strength, and now when the Time Barrier had finally fallen, they marched once more unto the breach. But something was off - high above their heads, an alien sky rests. The silent twin moons shine upon the endless snowfields of their cold homeland instead of the one Luna they had been so accustomed to. Puzzling still, the sea to the south of Alaska had also mysteriously vanished, leaving the Foehn warships stranded on a barren frosty wasteland stretching as far as the eyes could see that they had never seen before.

Perhaps my dear Toto, this is no longer Kansas anymore.

(Story inspired from Summoning Japan aka Nihonkoku Shoukan template, now with the Foehn Revolt stranded in Arknights Terra. Also, please forgive me for my atrocious cover art - I simply cannot find suitable image for it).

Blaze White is the New Girl at the Prep school in her mothers old home town. But her only goal for senior year is to keep a low profile, no friends, no parties and NO boys. Axel may be adored and worshipped by his peer-but he hates people, except 5. So when a beautiful but closed off girl suddenly enters his group. He is not welcoming of the mysterious beauty despite the pull they both feel. •••• WARNING: This was written many moons ago. I have decided to put it back up because of a large request from readers. However, I was a kid when I wrote this so take it with a grain of salt. *** Like a deer in head lights, I freeze and watch as the car comes towards me expecting to get hit. But to my surprise, the car swerves to the side slightly next to me and comes to a stop. I take a deep breath I didn't know I was holding at the driver's side door swings open and a very pissed off Axel steps out. "Thank god," I mumble and place my hands on my knees to catch my breath. "Blaze?" He says and I hate it. I hate how he says my name as if it's his. Like he knows it's the only thing I want to hear, him calling out to me, looking at me, focused to me. It's the first time in my life I wanted someone's attention so badly I didn't care how I got it. And that was too dangerous for me to hold onto. "Are you insane or some shit? I could have killed you!" He says and starts to walk towards me. I take a big breath and step back away from him, "s-stop! Axel," I stutter still panting. It's then he notices the blood on my hands and shirt. "Is that blood?" He asks staring at my shirt and I take another step back. "Stop, stay b-back," I try to say confidently but I can't even breath right. Realizing he won't listen I start to turn around planning to make a break for it. "Don't run from me Blaze it won't go well," he growls reading my thoughts causing me to freeze in my spot. "Do not ever think you can get away from me."

He is universally renowned as a useless burden in the midst of a continent-wide war. Does he have what it takes to be the agent of victory? Gerardo of Liko is the lone survivor of a battle to the death, though he'd argue he'd be better off if he wasn't. Especially when he's tasked to rescue a prisoner of war, Jorge of En Why, who happens to be his greatest enemy on a personal level. Evidently, Jorge is destined to bring an end to the Stone War, so Gerardo agrees to take on the mission. Upon being captured in the process of releasing Jorge from the clutches of the enemy, Gerardo accepts his impending demise, and even welcomes it. But not all hope is lost. Rein Bow, a pixie with prophetic dreams, understands the importance of rescuing Gerardo. She recruits the help of a forest sprite and a colony of rodents living within the walls of the enemy's palace to devise an elaborate prison break. Meanwhile, Jorge's conscience, along with his fellow warriors who had escaped with him, urge him to use his shape-shifting abilities to repay Gerardo's efforts. Will Jorge be able to set aside his personal disgust and become the competent warrior required to rescue Gerardo? Will Jorge's and Rein's combined efforts be enough? And will Jorge's experiences mold him into the proficient warrior capable of bringing peace back to the United Empires? "Follow" is only the beginning. Within these pages is the birth of two majestic families whose generations are chronicled in this epic fantasy series filled with specters, fairies, elves, dragons, mermaids, and more. If you enjoy fantasy stories filled with adventure, politics, and the struggles with the balance of emotion and logic, "The Rose Tree Chronicles" is for you!

Long before the extraordinary was vanquished and confined to the realm of children's tales, giants walked the Earth. Sixteen feet tall, powerful, long lived, they hunted the colder regions of Northern Europe in tight nomadic tribes, thriving unchallenged... Until a tiny, clever, mindlessly aggressive, voraciously reproducing competitor invaded their habitat. In such confrontations, Darwinian rules predicted unavoidable conflict. The odds would have favored the tiny invaders. The giants' formidable strength would not have been enough to overcome their adversary's sheer numbers. After enough battles the choice for these immense beings must have been obvious-- Flee or be annihilated. Some chose oblivion, giving birth to the glorious bedtime stories in our lore... Others fled. Hiding from view, keeping to the outskirts, they searched for a sanctuary so remote, so desolate and so uninviting, that their relentless persecutors wouldn't bother with it. Eventually they settled within the ice of the great glaciers of Antarctica, establishing a peaceful, isolated colony that flourished undisturbed for centuries. Then a clever scientist mixed up a batch of Rare Earth Elements and created a superconducting material that could corral as much energy as the sun could throw at it as long as it stayed around the temperature of ice. The invention instantly transformed the Last Continent into a lucrative chunk of real estate. Humans and their machinery poured in, domesticating the wild frontier spreading like lava over ice, probing every nook and corner. Inevitably they collided with the hidden giants. Only this time there was no place left for them to run... This time there would be war.
