Amelia Hale she is one of Derek, Cora and Laura's cousins and peters niece her parents were killed by hunters when she was 5 and Talia took her in. She is younger than Derek she is about 21 everyone believes her dead. 
Amelia Derek and Peter we always very close but then the fire happen and she lost everything.

Since the fire Amelia has been running and hiding in the last place the last place the Hunters would look Among them selves she has be living as a member of the Calaveras they have trained her to hunt werewolves while she learnt control of her own abilities. When she learns of Kate being alive and having her cousin Derek she know it is time to go home but home has changed.
