Layla is an experiment that Silco wanted Singed to produce. Singed did it exactly how Silco envisioned her to be, the only downside is that she has to grow up like any normal human. Silco takes her and let's her be trained by Sevika, but no one ever taught her how to control her other side and so when she gets too angry things get out of hand. But in her free time she can go wherever she wants and play like a normal child.
