I feel like this needs to be explained. This is a massive crossover between Marvel and Lord of the Rings. This is how it'll work:

The story takes place in the marvel Univers and our main character, and some of my other OC's are Variants of the Lord of the Rings and Hobbit characters, our main character is Thranduil's variant (because I love him) and oh boy you don't want to be in her stead.

Yes, her, all of the variants are female. However later, when they encounter the LotR and tH characters we know from the movies, those will all have their original gender.
