This story follows Enzio Robbins, a kid from Long Island NY. Who had been picked on his whole entire life. He is the nobody in his society, so he gets sent off to an unknown island inside the Bermuda Triangle. Struggling to survive Enzio gets hurt and finds a mad scientist from the 1940s who had been alive on the island all that time. The mad scientist saves his life by placing him in a unique suit, that makes Enzio immortal. However, he can never take off the suit again. Everybody forgets about Enzio and moves on in their lives. So when Enzio comes back and finds this out, he gets heartbroken. stays in the shadows in his city and fights crime to protect anybody else from getting bullied as he did. When asked who he is, nobody remembers him therefore he becomes The Guy.

But not this time. This is a new story. The Life of a Villain. Part 1: This is a story about Leonardo Sutton a.k.a Knifeslinger, an 18 year old villain out for revenge for his family's death. He goes undercover at Ravenswood Academy where he meets new friends and old friends, and an evil plot that could shake the world. Shortlisted for the Open Novella Contest 2019 • Being a Supervillain is tough. Between managing a secret lair and making sure your mom doesn't stop loving you because you keep telling everyone she's dead, it's a really hard business to be good at? Add to that, the fact that somehow you got arrested because your cat sitter didn't take the day off and then you go around expressing your unconditional love for pancakes in a Super holding cell because technically they can't put you in a proper prison and you don't really have a choice because lawyers are expensive? And then, you realise your best friend is plotting go take over your spot as the greatest villain there ever was? Okay, maybe not the greatest, but you do come pretty close to it! To top it off, there's that one Superhero who's just so completely gorgeous, you couldn't imagine any harm coming to them? Because they're just that precious? I guess that makes me a Supervillain with minor time travel superpowers and a huge crush on a not so powerful Superhero? And all you have to do is protect yourself and everyone you love from your ex best friend/sidekick --because let's face it that's the highest level of praise for a wretched traitor here--and you also have to get out of Super Holding somehow?
