**Tales of Muslim Cousin Marriage**

Let's peep inside to feel lost in their love saga...

"Yeh ap kya keh kar rahe hai, jaane de mujhe," He had corner her to the balcony railing. She look down clutching on his t-shirt as he heard her cousin gang rattling voice as they are bickering on something as usual.

He pulled her arm a bit making her look at him and soon, "Gal laal ho rahe hai mere, jaane de bhaijaan." She said while lowering her gaze staring at his t-shirt blue button.

"Kitni baar kaha hai! Bhaijaan nahi kehna" She shierked by his heavy hoarse tone near her ear.

"Woh sab neeche hai, jaane de na mujhe.... Taang na kare.... Woh sab dekh lenge. " She try to free herself but next second she froze feeling his warm touch on her waist.

"Tumne mujhe neeche bhi bhaijaan kaha, aur abhi phir se? Dua, ek baat apne dimaag mein dal loo. Ab tum mere nikaah mein ho... Biwi ho meri," Hearing this she sighed shaking her head. "Cousin marriage karange toh yeh side effect toh rehna hi hai... Aur... " Dua was complaining casually but soon her words came to halt as he kissed her near her lips.

"...Don't show that you cared about my happiness, when you actually didn't. I doubt if you ever truly did care." I whispered the last part menacingly at him, clenching my jaw as my eyes filled with tears. The way his face hardened and his eyes dilated, I assumed he heard me as a muscle in his jaw ticked. I lowered my pointing finger and wiped my tears furiously from the back of my hand, looking away. "It's good that you got to know about everything before this marriage facade got out of our hands. Now, you'll realize that you never had any feelings for me and it was just an infatuation." He scoffed, looking away. His adam's apple bobbed as his veins popped out lividly. "Don't you dare insult my love, Wali! My love for you was so pure. You know what? You don't even deserve it." I told him, swallowing the lump in my throat. My voice came out harsh as my breath grew thin and ragged. I tried to control myself, reminding there were people in this house. Ya Allah, who was this man standing in front of me? ----- Meet Wali Rehman Khan and Aleyha Shaikh. They both grew up together, they were cousins by fate but best friends by choice. Wali had always been overprotective of her and deeply cares for her, fulfilling her every demand. He left and was back after five painful years. She no longer was the same teenager he last saw or knew, she had changed and changed for good. But still, around him, she didn't know how to feel. "Say it." He whispered, stepping closer to me. "I love you too." I finally admitted, my cheeks flushing dark in embarrassment. I couldn't believe I just said that out loud, to a man I was going to marry in few days. "I want to spend my whole life with you." I added slowly. "Forever?" Usama asked, holding my wrist gently as he towered over me. I tried to pull it away but his hold was stronger. My heart was beating so frantically inside my chest due to his proximity that I feared that I might have a heart attack. "Forever." I replied and tugged my hand free. Passing him a shy smile, I pushed him away and rushed out of his room before anyone could see.
