Blythe is an outspoken though fierce hunter born in a world of faefolk, legends of gold eyed beasts and a twisted curse she begins to unravel at the roots. She can fight dragons and spar with the fairest hunter, all in a determined effort to earn her place. In doing so, she sets out to fulfill her life long dream of proving her purpose to her misogynistic clan, and goes hunting after the very dark soul her town warns of. The very dark soul only the finest from her clan is destined to slay. Unfortunately, she only ends up binding herself to his fate.
In a tale as old as time, Blythe must see face with courage to free her town of the beast, traverse the four kingdoms in search for an unbinding magic, prove her worth to the village, and all before the last petal of the magic rose falls.

She turned on her heel and stepped into the darkness. She knew that no one would dare to chase her there. Only a fool. People were afraid of the cursed forest. Eyes watching your every step. Whispers leading you into the void. Creatures from the depths of hell itself. They say dark forces dwell there, no one who goes in will ever come out. And Nereyeny was proof that it was all a lie, spending almost every day there, running under the treetops like a wild wolf. She didn't believe those tales. About the full moon. About the proud prince. About the curse. Until she too became one of those lost in its bowels. Trapped in the same trap as Prince Astreus, son of the Sun and the Moon. Note: I am trying to avoid most pitfalls that seems to be in every fantasy story lately and make it more relatable to the reader when able. Some pitfalls may be unavoidable though. Also, I only use AI for editing, art and world building assistance. The eventual goal is to hire an actual editor and artist to eliminate it entirely. That being said I don't have any issues with anybody using AI as long as they don't ghostwrite with it. THIS BOOK IS COMPLETED but it will be HEAVILY EDITED and have things added to it in the future. I wrote this book when I was much younger. I didn't expect it to reach this amount of popularity so I will devote my time to bettering it in the future. ------------------ Every year, in our village and the neighbouring villages, we encounter, on what is suppose to be the most divine and celebrated day of the year, a visit from the 'big bad wolf'. At least that's what the children call him. Adults like to call him "inhuman" or a "wild ravenous monster". However, the majority settle for "beast". No one knows why he ruins this specific day for us, the day we can celebrate our species: werewolves. Some despise him for taking this day from us and forcefully exchanging our merry and joyful laughs to screams of fear. When that specific day of the year approaches us, none of us are ever prepared for it. He always comes at night. We are told to lock our windows, draw our curtains and our doors. We are told to hide. There's one main rule that we have: don't look at him. Because if you do, no one knows what'll happen to you. Maybe that's the worse part, not knowing your fate. Not knowing the outcome of your foolish actions. If he comes roaming your streets, you have a right to be scared. Us "maidens" are always encouraged to hide ourselves the most, it's women that he supposedly wants more. However, I believe that that is a cautionary excuse. He'll take you, no matter how old or how young, no matter how innocent or how corrupt, no matter your gender, all it takes is a look.
