She is photographed with Tom Avery In Ormsby's a bar in Atlanta by a vampire loyal to Elijah who informs Elijah of her as she isn't Katherine or Elena but she is with who is assumed to be Stefan.
Elijah shows klaus who ask him to investigate and possible bring her with him when he returns.
