They dodge every trap, disappear around every bend, and even manage to take some of the already captured humans with them. The aliens pity these "little creatures"-they just don't want to leave their home, but Earth is falling apart at the seams, and they are determined to take the stubborn little humans to the safety of one of the mother planets. No matter the cost. Then you started working your magic and you cosy up to the male lead who was supposed to get you killed or you make the demon lord fall in love with you so he can protect you from your imminent death. And woah you got your happy ending. But now let's imagine a completely different scenario where you end up in a book you read like 10 pages of (including the ending). And you find yourself literally dropped into the lap of a psychopathic rival who enjoys just a teeny bit of bloodshed. He's also the guy who killed your favourite character and not to mention you. Tom gets home to find a demon sitting in the middle of his living room, crying incoherently while petting his cat. It's only after a long and very confusing assessment as well as noticing the bandages around their jaw that he realizes the demon just had some of their teeth removed and has somehow transported itself to your home in their very loopy state. Somehow he ends up replacing his cat and is now being pet by the demon.
