Bucky Barnes and Violet Finch have a few things in common:
1: They both booked non-refundable trips to Las Palmas Couples' Resort in the Dominican Republic.
2: They both got dumped.
3: They both decided to go on their trips as planned.
Bucky is determined to spend his trip commiserating over his breakup and drinking himself into oblivion. But he did not anticipate there being another single person at the resort, especially not a very soft-spoken, very intoxicating, very sweet single woman.
Violet is determined to spend her trip enjoying everything that the resort has to offer and not wallowing over her breakup. But she did not anticipate there being another single person at the resort, especially not a very loud, very intoxicated, very bitter single man.
