Neuorolia, a place where the last survivors of a world in ruins resided. A place that swore to learn from the past mistakes of their forefathers. A place of unity, prosperity, and peace...

A place where any form of creative expression was banned.

Absolutely no drawing was allowed unless it was an appointed project of creating a roadmap.

No music was ever permitted, even if it was simply humming to yourself.

No creative writing was permitted, the only writing accepted being informative.

No entertainment, included but not limited to film productions intended to tell a story, dances other than the formal waltz that is required by law everyone learned, any type of scripted acting or improvisational acting, nor comedic political speeches were permitted at any time.

Any and all religions, beliefs in superstition, the supernatural, and divinity were heavily frowned upon and cast aside.

Everyone was expected to succeed, to bring prosperity to society, and to rebuild this broken world in a uniform way. After all, what does creativity do other than create disorder, and tear everyone apart?

America, the eldest son of one of worlds most successful scientists, was always expected to succeed. He had everything; a perfect house in the most elite neighborhood, a very charismatic and proper appearance, and a superior intelligence level. There was just one problem....

Mexico, an outlaw infamous for creating beautiful works of art all over Neuorolia, was dead-set on creating as much art as possible before he was caught. He knew he couldn't change the world on his own, but had faith that no matter how many artists were stifled, art would never die.
