(P.S this can be read as a stand alone, and the first couple of chapters are not the best but it gets better as it goes on I promise)

There are mysteries scattered everywhere, and when Cynder finds a cave filled with paintings, it's the last straw. The sketches on the wall aren't just anything. They mean something. Will they lead to a mysterious killer? Or even better, a chance to find their parents and lead a better life? Cynder doesn't know if the lost parents are alive or not, but either way she's going to find the enemy. And she's going to get revenge.

I look up from my thought and my eyes lock with gleaming golden eyes. I freeze every muscle in my body locks and I can't move. Towering taller than a building stands something I never thought could exist. A dragon. My heart pounded in my ears as my blood ran cold.
