Izuku midoriya wasn't hit as hard to the tainted water because of one-for-all speeding up his metabolism but he was a bit tipsy since he drank a lot of the water. He decided to sit on the couch to not do anything stupid until he sees a familiar face who starts acting a bit flirty with him
