The "ghostbusters" (Tommy, Wilbur and Charlie) do a stream with Tommy's "friend" who is nonetheless; Uncle Nasty. During that stream the things that happen get weirder and weirder, though the one thing that scares the trio is what the title is called, "Did you find that Tom?" After that stream things started to go sideways.
But I'm not spoiling anything this book has to ofter until you read the book.
