Over countless ages, the Gods grew weary of their unchanging existence. Longing for something different, they decided to visit the mortal realm, sparking a profound transformation.
As they descended, reality itself began to shift. New life forms and races emerged, and in the center of every city, a great Tower rose. Inside these Towers, the Gods created formidable Monsters, challenging mortals to face their fears and prove their strength.
With the Gods' arrival, the knowledge of Swords and Magic spread across the land. A fantastical renaissance blossomed, with diverse races like beastmen, Elves, Dwarfs, and humans. These new inhabitants, united by their adventurous spirit, became known as "Adventurers."
Over time, the Gods formed distinct Factions, where members forged deep bonds, akin to families or guilds. This brought about an era of unity and purpose, as everyone worked together to conquer the monstrous challenges within each floor of the "Monster Tower."
In the years that followed, these Factions became even more influential, with members forming tight-knit groups dedicated to a common cause. This marked the beginning of a new age where "Adventurers" embraced their shared destiny: the relentless pursuit of victory over the Monsters within the enigmatic "Monster Tower."
When Isaac woke up in Chronicles of the Eternal War, he thought he'd finally escaped the boredom of his old life.
But instead of becoming a hero, a villain, or even a side character, he was reborn as a nameless god.
No temple.
No prayers.
No myths.
Even the High Pantheon didn't know he existed.
At first, it felt like freedom, a chance to shape the world however he wanted.
But freedom comes with a cost: a god without worshippers is powerless, and in a world ruled by divine politics, being "powerless" is a death sentence.
Friends will be won.
Enemies will be made.
And entire nations may burn as Isaac decides whether to rewrite destiny itself... or embrace the role of a nameless god.
