Percy potter after spending his summer in America comes back home only to find out he is a wizard. First he was already accused of stealing a thunderbolt, and now this?

He's already trying to figure out ways to survive not only in his day-to-day, but now in school too. More so he's worried about his adoptive brother Harry who has no clue what happened to Percy over the summer, now what will happen?

The first book is short because well first the Harry Potter book is pretty short

This will be a continuation of As Potter is to Snape. You might want to read that first. It's VERY AU! Basically, Snape and Lupin were both adopted by Albus and Minerva, who are married. Snape adopted Harry in Third Year. He was never a death eater, but he was a spy. Sirius was freed because Peter was caught and given to the dementors. This picks up right where it left off in the summer before 4th year. This will cover at least that summer and possibly through the school year. It will deal with issues of PTSD, Child Abuse and neglect, (Though it shouldn't be worse than what Harry dealt with in the first one) and finally getting these kids some of the help they need!! So mind the trigger warnings please!! I'd rather you not read at all than to risk reading something that might cause hurt :) Also, Evelyn will be making more of an appearance for all the people who wanted more of her ;) And a warning for anyone who ships WolfStar and might be expecting it. They left behind the crib at the doorstep of the Dursley and disappeared in a crack. Sheer seconds after they left, a man with the scent of the Sea walked up to the doorstep. By the way, I am Ron, Ron Weasley." Ron introduced himself. "And I am Bond, James Bond." Percy said while raising a finger gun. "Oh, hi James." Ron greeted. "No, that's not what I-nevermind." Percy shook his head, drifting off to silence with a sigh. They did not understand the meaning of Pop culture. Dam these wizards. (As you all have probably read all the Harry Potter Books and Percy Jackson books by heart, you won't need detailed analysis of what exactly happened in each scene. *warning* It's a bit slow at first but it will get interesting soon. What if Harry had a twin sister but didn't know? What if his twin was saved only because of him? In this story this is exactly what happens. They meet on the train to Hogwarts in their first year and become best friends. They always felt that they had some connection but didn't know what that connection meant. Harry is always protective of her and also gets a bit jealous when she speaks to other guys. They find out that thier twins in their third year.
