Age regression is a coping mechanism and is used voluntarily and can be involuntary as well. 
As I am a regressor, this story will be abt my experiences and daydreams. Lol. My regression is mostly voluntary, sometimes involuntary. I don't have a caregiver though, I have told some friends and family abt my coping mechanism, I am still really closed off abt it.
