This fanfic contains some spoilers from the SMG4:Revelations movie, so I reccomend watching that first before reading this.


After being unable to defeat Zero during WOTFI 2021, the perfect universe Zero mentioned is now created. Axol was returned, as promised, but in the cost of the universe they once lived in. The SMGs and the rest of the non-meme citizens had to move to another universe. Zero... or should I say Niles was successful.

Or was he?

After the creation of the universe, a certain friend of his became mad at him to the point he doesn't want to forgive him anymore.
Perhaps this is the consequence Niles had to face.

So, with little energy she has left, she summoned a portal ring to another dimension and gave Kenji the 7 Chaos Emeralds for him to guard now and pushed him inside the ring, having it close before his eyes. That was the last time Kenji saw Longclaw and the poor kid was heartbroken beyond repair. Many years later, Kenji was living his life as he was adopted by a female older hedgehog, making her his very own mother. Kenji moved on from the past, but it's still a sensitive topic to bring up. Kenji became a pretty strong hedgehog over the years, thanks to his mother. Kenji wanted to look for new adventures to begin as he left his home in search for one and what's better to start an adventure with an old friend he met a few years back. Eggman disowned Metal and called him useless before firing the cannon. But Metal chose to take the Chaos Emeralds when the portal became unstable and turned into a black hole. While grabbing the Ruby, Metal Sonic sacrificed himself to save the world, making everyone believe him to be gone... However, they did not know that he was sent to an alternate dimension, where he would begin his new life becoming a hero in the SMG4 universe, proving he will be a better hero than Sonic.
