This Picks Up Right Where we left off surprisingly Dean gets out of purgatory, He Returns back to find Sam and Elena but he realizes things have changed.

Things Between Dean and Elena become more complicated after some things haven't been resolved in their relationship since he was gone.

Denny and Corinna are preparing for their wedding and their future together while facing issues with their friends.

Sam on the other hand has had an interesting year, He's met someone and lived a life he never thought was even possible but sadly his old life never goes away.

This time there's no leviathans or apocalyptic endings, The Winchesters and Elena & Corinna are focusing back on their good old friend Crowley.
