The Federation of Western Nations, The Syndicalist Internationale, The Union of Nordic States, The Austro-Balkan Alliance, the Imperial Federation of Moscow, and the Combined Federation of North Africa and the Middle East.

The Federation of Western Nations, consisting of the Kingdom of Britain, the 3rd French Republic, the Iberian Diarchy, Independent Irish State, and the Combined States of the Italian Republics. 

The Syndicalist Internationale, this alliance consists of the German Federal Syndicalist Republics, the Union of Poland, The People's Free State of Czechoslovakia, The Independent Republic of the Netherlands, The Belgian State of Workers, The Commune of Luxembourg, The Swiss Confederacy of Worker Syndicates, The Union Baltic Communes.

The Imperial Federation of Moscow, The Tsardom of Russia, The The Ukrainian Commonwealth, and The Duchy of Belarus, The Principality of Transcaucasia.

The Union of Nordic States, The Republic of Sweden, The Union of Norway, The Anarchist Federation of Finland, and The Kingdom of Denmark.

The Austro-Balkan Alliance,  The Kingdom of Austria, The Hungarian Federation of Feudal States, The Yugoslavian Union of Feudal Lords, Kingdom of Albania, and the Tsardom of Bulgaria.
