Travelling back to the future once more after an adventure in the past Silver finds himself in Onyx City, a technological marvel of a metropolis with more than one problem and issue festering inside it. Meanwhile Gold, the youngest member of the Council running the city, is plagued by visions of destruction and desperate for a hero to help. With both psychics hiding more than one secret and the Council unwilling to listen and perhaps withholding something themselves as well, will Gold and Silver be able to prevent Onyx City from falling into disaster?
