Safe, Alisha was safe, finding someplace like that during a raging apocalypse is not an easy task, but somehow she had managed it. 

Camp was amazing, they really had anything they needed, food, water, shelter and the most exciting, of course none of that just appeared out of nowhere, that's where the scouts come in. Scavenging cities all around the outskirts of new York city, only the strongest and smartest got chosen, and now after 2 long years of training at camp, she had been chosen for their first big mission. 

New York city, one of the biggest cities pre-apocalypse, and they were going to conquer it and make it a new, safer and bigger camp. Well that was still far away in the future, for now a small supply run and a little scouting the area was enough. But none of them were prepared for the surprise when they found the big city without any infected.
