Have you ever wondered what love really is? Is it the kind of love we see in stories, or is it something deeper, something that pulls you in without warning? Can love truly heal, or is it simply another word we throw around when we don't know what else to say? What if love isn't about grand gestures or perfect moments, but about staying, even when the world falls apart? In the end, what makes two souls truly belong to each other? Is it the moments of joy, or the quiet understanding in the darkest times? Based on a true story. Summer of 2013. The year things changed for Amanda Cole. It was the best yet worst time of her life at fifteen years old. She reunited with her old childhood friend through social media, she thought she fell in love, she thought she had met her soulmate but, she got broken and shattered into tiny pieces. These broken memories contained short conversations, awkward but amazing Skype calls and feelings that could never be erased. But, he played her and she fell right into his game. She thought she was going to marry him some day, until she realised that everything that had happened, was a lie. All she wanted was to be wanted and she wished she could go back and tell herself what she knows now. Thinking back, she wished she had known better. She wished she didn't trust too quickly and she wished that she had found herself first before she let him in. Because when someone tells you they love you, you're going to believe them. Completed✓ 'The price for love is pain,' how ironic of life isn't it. Loneliness hurts and so does loving. Loving shatters you heart and leaves you bleeding. So here's a thing with broken hearts, they never fit quiet like they did before. Like they say, you can glue a plate together but it will never look the same again. But what do you do when you've been broken and shattered not just your heart but your soul too. Where do you go from there. And let me let you, one of the hardest decision about love is deciding to let go or try, just one last time. I'll be okay, that's what he wanted to hear.
