Avery, a young girl with a troubled past. No matter how many times she has tried to convince herself of what happened that night to not be true, she can never be the same person who she once was. Her life seemed to go on, even though she rather wish it ended.
However, on one particular night when Avery is desperate, lonely and abandoned, she seeks shelter some place where not many dare to go. Avery meets someone unexpected and secrets are revealed along the way that lead back to that night that changed her life around. But what happens when the person who she thought she knew, was actually someone who she didn't know at all? What happens when her mind is telling her to run but her heart is telling her to stay?

"Ahhh!!!" The man's body falls to the floor limp and I fall to the floor out of terror, "Why are you screaming? I saved you from being raped." I look at the man who is holding a gun with a little smile on his face. He holds the gun up to my head and I start crying, "P-Please, p-please don't do this. I-I won't tell anybody." He bends down and I whimper, "I don't think I can let you go. What happened you run and tell in the next three days? You've already seen my face and heard my voice." I shake my head, "I swear I won't tell anybody! I-I don't know anybody!" He looks at me up and down, "I'll give you two choices. I kill you now or you come with me. His name was Jeremiah he was only 21 when he died in the house he was also a college kid just had started college until some theifs came inside of the house looking for something to steal and when Jeremiah heard the noise he got up to investigate and before he knew it he was shot in the chest causing his death right there and then what can happen when Jeremiah starts haunting Maddy while he fall for her or while he be like those ghosts who only try to hurt people and while Maddy fall for him as a ghost while she keep going on with her normal life as if nothings happening in the house??
