CAT GIRL

A lady has a robotic cat that she controls via brain waves via a small pea sized chip she has on the left side of her head, then the lady trys to control four thousand robotic cats at once with the same chip, which works for a few short moments before the amount of cats being controlled by the chip is too much for the chip to handle causing the chip to malfunction and short-circuit, then the lady finds that because she controlled four thousand robotic cats with her chip and because the chip malfunctioned due to this and then was repaired the chip can now be used to control living cats via brainwaves, including tigers and the rest of the cat breeds there are. Now this lady who with the chip now calls herself self Cat Girl is in a battle with the robotics company who made her chip who want it back but Cat Girl won't give it up without a fight.
