I've had my heart more often than not broken and shattered
I've given pieces of my heart to 
anyone and everyone
some say I may be too trusing
or maybe that I'm a fool
but how else may I find someone,  
I've given my whole heart to
 people before
some did not crush it
Nor did they accept it
Others returned it
they said the wouldn't need it

and then after the break up
they come crying for a heart
for their has been broke
and mine has been hurt
but I've found yet another
I just hope my heart can take another
