This is a first in a collection of short stories I wrote set in a fictional town called Bettisonville; where strange and mystical things happen often. It was previously published on an indie reading site for kids but I thought I should bring it here for a more broader audience. 

This story in particular is part of a  series set in Bettisonville called The Dimensions Series, it follows a group of friends who accidentally open a portal to another strange dimension where everything is nothing but black and white energy and the dwellers of that land are as ferocious as they are relentless.
