This boy called Elliot moves into a house in California in 2012 with his Mom and little sister Kelly after his parents split up. His Mom works many hours at her new job so he's left to take care of his little sister often. Strange things start happening at the new house and he finds out there's a ghost haunting it and he befriends it,perhaps something more might be uncovered if you decide to give it a read ;)
