It's not fancy, but it's home.
A simple cookbook for people who don't have time, and miss the taste of home. Honestly, I just like cooking and it's easier to keep track of the recipes I create on here then writing them down on a index card. With my luck I would lose it...again. Try them if you want, and let me know what you think. Also if you have anything you want me to try making, send me the recipe! Always loved trying new things.

Strickler Family Heritage Cookbook
Disclaimer: Most of the recipes have been typed as they were written out. On occasion I had to use my best guess & knowledge of cooking to discern what the contributor meant by their directions. Use your common sense/good judgment if something does not make sense. Besides, that's what cooking is all about any way. Playing with your food, ingredients, and techniques will lead you to be a better cook. Keep in mind, sometimes it will be amazing, and sometime it won't. Even the best chef's blow it every now and again. Cherie Sweigart, compiler This cookbook started as the fulfillment of a request from Josiah when he was about 16 years old. He wanted a collection of family recipes. Little did we realize it would be this many recipes once we compiled them. Our family collects and tries recipes all the time. Apparently, our favorite thing is desserts & sweets since that section is HUGE. It is our hope that you will enjoy the food that has graced our tables and warmed our lives, as much as we have enjoyed them. Special thanks to the friends and family who have shared their recipes with us. It is my hope that your recipes be enjoyed by all the people you love and cherish.Concluida

My Cooking journal
"My Cookbook Journal" This journal is a personal collection of my favorite recipes, culinary experiments, and treasured family dishes. Each meal is halal, with recipes adjusted to ensure they align with halal dietary guidelines, including classic dishes traditionally made non-halal. Portions are tailored for a family of six, ensuring there's always enough to feed a table full of loved ones. From quick weekday meals to festive feasts, this book reflects my journey through flavors, techniques, and the joy of shared meals. It includes space to document ingredients, cooking instructions, and helpful tips, alongside notes about the special moments tied to each dish-whether it's the laughter of family gatherings or the quiet joy of trying something new. This journal is more than just a recipe book; it's a living archive of flavors and stories, perfect for inspiring future generations or simply revisiting meals that made life delicious.
The Recipe For Getting Over A Lover
Book Description: "The Recipe for Getting Over a Lover" is a raw, heartfelt journey through the tangled emotions of heartbreak, healing, and self-discovery. Written like an intimate conversation with a close friend, this book doesn't offer quick fixes or empty clichés-it dives headfirst into the messy, beautiful chaos of what it truly means to lose someone you love and find yourself in the process. With each chapter, it unpacks the silent battles: crying into pillows that never seem to dry, resisting the urge to post pictures for someone who stopped looking, and learning how to sit alone without feeling lonely. It's about the friends who become your lifeline, the days where getting out of bed feels like climbing a mountain, and the nights where your heart feels like it might never beat the same way again. But woven into the grief is growth-a slow, powerful transformation. This book reminds you that heartbreak isn't just an ending; it's an awakening. It's about realizing that you were never broken, just becoming. It's for anyone who's ever loved deeply, lost painfully, and wondered if they'd ever feel whole again. "The Recipe for Getting Over a Lover" isn't a guidebook. It's a mirror. It doesn't tell you how to move on-it shows you that you already are.Concluida
