The New Rulers

Harry and Heather Potter grew up without knowing about the prophecy written about them, or the inevitable war they would be forced to become a part of. But when the children learn the truth about themselves, even more questions arise, even as they celebrate their wonderful new lives that have just begun.
They learn that Albus Dumbledore was responsible for putting them in their so-called family, the Dursleys, 'care', and naturally the children are both confused and furious. This leads to more questions than answers: for one thing, why had a school headmaster been in charge of their future? And why had he never checked in on them?
The questions only increase when they enter the Wizarding World and learn of their fame and renown. Why hadn't someone ever told them the truth? Why had no one ever looked in on them and discovered the abuse Harry and Heather suffered every day?
No matter the reasons, the twins formulate a Plan. Now aware of their powers, the twins become a force to be reckoned with. The more they learn about their new world, the more certain they are that something has to be done - and it's their responsibility, because no one else will do it.
The Plan arises, and a scheme is devised; wixen and creatures of all ages and species are now being protected by two children (and their secret organization of agents planted all over the place), even if they don't know it yet.
They decide to claim the titles owed to them, and start making a visible difference in the Wizarding World. But the twins learn more troubling truths about Dumbledore's involvement in their pasts, and this leads to difficult issues they have to tackle now.
And that's just the beginning, because there's this certain red stone to worry about as well, and somehow that becomes Harry and Heather's problem too. Is there ever a quiet day in the Wizarding World?
