Hazel is a small 2 year old but yet she still looks like a baby. Her biological parents can't handle a child and so when they get the opportunity they leave Hazel into a park, alone, at night.
Luckily for Hazel a couple was walking past by in the park and saw her under a tree all alone. They take her in a try to find out what happened. They also tell their names to the little girl, thay are Scarlett and Elizabeth. The couple soon finds out what happened and decide to keep Hazel.
