At first Luciana had been set on turning around on her heels and leaving immediately again. But something about the way he was sitting alone on those stairs had made her stop in her tracks, leading her to approach him instead. She took in a sharp breath when she saw the expression on his face. Over the years she had seen all kinds of emotions on the God of Mischief's face - sadness, happiness, anger, annoyance etc.. But not once had Luciana ever seen the kind of devastation that he currently displayed. His eyes were completely blank, staring at the empty space in front of him. Not a hint of the mischievous spark that normally shined in them. He just stared ahead, completely detached from his environment. As if he was completely... broken.

This is basically a retelling of the movies with my OC inserted in the story. It generally follows the canon flow, but obviously there will be differences. It's also completely self-indulgent, cringe and most likely OOC.
I originally just intended to write some random scenes but somewhere along the way I escalated, so this keeps on getting longer with every movie. Also I don't own shit, except my OC.

It was a split-second that her arms came up, resting now on his shoulders. His eyes met hers as he leaned in to bridge the gap. For a character as multi-faceted as Loki, it can be difficult for him to find love. Cue the "Underground" TikTok audio from Cody Fry. Imagine this: You're Nat's sister and go with her and Clint to Vormir. You learn that a sacrifice has to be made in order to retrieve the Soul Stone. "Whatever it takes..." you whisper. Clint and Nat start fighting. As they fight, you run towards the edge. You jump. You hear Nat and Clint's screams as it feels like you're falling in slow motion. Everything goes black as you hit the ground. You wake up and see a hand outstretched towards you. You look up and see Pietro standing there, a smile on his face. You're home. But... before we can get there, we must start at the beginning. To be honest, I thought my fic writing phase was over. I grieved Natasha, I said hello to Yelena, I checked in on Wanda. But the user @imagineshots on TikTok provided me with an idea that was just too good to turn down. The wheels began turning, the writing juices flowed, and this fic was born. (I must note: I physically cannot bring myself to write "y/n" fics. The "you" in this has a name, she's a person, but I distinctly left out physical descriptors. Also, chapter art by Matt Ferguson)

This was started as a vague picture show in my head with no real outline or direction. Then the Loki show came out and it gave me a bit of a direction and a plot. I let it fester so now I have to actually write it out. I am my target audience here y'all. I have to write this out because I have to know what happens.
