(Title sucks because I suck at them. But I'm even worse at descriptions.) The 74th Hunger Games ended like the 75th. Peeta, Clove, and Thresh have been rescued by District 13 while Katniss, Cato and Foxface were captured by the capitol. What if Katniss and Cato were hijacked to hate Peeta and Clove? How would the rebellion form? Read to find out. (Thank you to "The Melodrama Club" for letting me use their story idea!)
The story of Cato and Clove before and throughout the Hunger Games.
Cato: I've known who she was since I was ten. Since I was ten, I watched over her. I looked after her. I protected her even if she didn't know it was me. I love her. And I will do anything to save her because she saved me first.
Clove: He's an arrogant, rich prick. I should hate him. But I don't. Instead, I feel drawn to him. I recognize him from somewhere, but I can't put my finger where I first saw him. He may be three years older than me, but I'm his biggest competition.
In a world of pain and despair, two kids navigate their life while figuring out the true meaning of love and hate. Their sheer will to fight pushes them forward as they attempt to achieve one goal: survive.
