It's a story, of two orphans.
The devine friendship of them, broke due to unavoidable circumstances. Apparently, Jungkook broke Jimin's trust. Thereafter, Jimin has attachment issues, and is taken abroad to USA after his adoption, while Jungkook who is still in South Korea with his adoptive family, wonders who the little boy beside him in the photo frame is. 

Little Jungkook heard from his grandma, that Dandelions grant wishes, so one day he wishes on Dandelions, to meet the boy in the photo frame whom no one says a word about, to him.
Will his wish be granted?
