The Wind
A collection of poems, short stories and writings. Well, essentially just poems at the moment. Variety of influences I will always be willing to disclose for specific poems. Some are darker than others (see tags for possible triggers). Please comment any thoughts. Well it seems I have poured more of myself into this book of poems than I've really expressed to any one person irl. But the masochist inside me really wants you all to read it because why not share my head with strangers? But maybe this matters. Maybe this shows something- some progression becuase some of the earliest poems are are about, or reference, self harm and I'm glad to say that's behind me. I can follow a lot of my relationship with existentialism throughout it, as well as simply my attitude towards poetry (quatrains of iambic tetrameter with abab rhyme schemes are still cool but they aren't my go-to.) So yeah, maybe writing poetry in a toilet when I'm trying to calm down from a panic attack, or better yet in the midst of having one, and putting it up on some anonymous platform means something. He's a Goodie-Goodie, And He's a Dirty Rich Boy. He volunteers at soup kitchens, He's never worked a day in his life. He would rather spend time with his grandparents on a sunny day at the lake, And He rather be alone in his room with one of his boyfriends. Welcome to the world of Zack and Dylan. Zack is that ultimate crazy popular, heart breaker type of guy that you just can't help but drool over even when you know you can't have him. He's openly gay and always speaks his mind. Even if it's telling you,"You totally look fat in that dress." He's not the nicest person in the world but he has his reasons... Dylan is the kind of guy that any girl would died to have. He's the old-fashioned, one step at a time kind-of guy that would never do you wrong. He spends his time helping others that are less fortunate instead of himself. He's sweet, kind, caring, and responsible. Everything any girl or guy would want. But if he so perfect why would he be so straight? But not only is his sexuality a problem to him, his whole life could be falling right before his very eyes. Can there possible be one or two little things that are bad in a Mr. Goodie-Two-Shoe's life? You can't be 100% perfect, now can you? Oh and one last thing... With there complete polar opposite lives, Is it no wonder that they HATE each other? ****THE SEQUEL IS NOW AVAILABLE TO READ**** (2020 Update: God I love that this is #12 in the stupid category. But seriously, this book contains a lot of toxic stuff so if you're going to read it just be aware. Also I wrote this when I was like 12 soooo yikes but that also means I was writing about things that I had no real knowledge of. Please educate yourself and if I do ever decide to rewrite this cursed book I will be sure to acknowledge some more of the things in this story that are a bit too much. What will happen in Elliot's life when Alexander enters? I know its sounds a cliché Highschool story but I promise it's not , I love BoyxBoy books to read and I thought I should write one, this book has a mature scene and little violent.
