She's been using the name Spirit online for as long as she can remember. No reason for why or how she came up with it, her friends just know that that's what she goes by. The different experiences she went through doesn't tell what her goal was. She never told anybody other than her close online friends what her real name was. Not even her live chat, who she knew everyone in. This is the story of Spirit and how her life changed over one big event.

Don't Call Me Nymphadora || Short Story
Nobody really knew why she didn't like being called by her first name, it only being since she left school that she became insistent on being addressed purely by her surname. After that first day of school they start to notice that she's different then she looks to be but will she show her true self or stay the shy naive girl people think she is. What happens when she finally has enough of being the shy, depressed, guilt filled, daydreamer girl that she changed herself into. What happens when she has to transfer to the same school as her best friend Jacob who's in the same friend group as the schools "bad" boy who's also dating the worst bully she's ever had. Like a sunflower will she blossom to her full beauty or will she stay in her shell read to find out. Possible abuse, smut, drugs, self harm, sexual assault, smoking, cursing, dirty but not nude pictures and more. I tried to put ⚠️ emoji on any chapter containing self harm, smut, abuse, sexual assault, etc. Would not recommend unless 18+ years old and not sensitive to sensitive content. A girl who has been called chubby her whole life. By everyone. She wants to be a model; thinking it might make her pretty and people would stop calling her names and laughing at her for thinking she had a career in modeling. So she applies to a modeling school. The best in town. Her dream is to be a model. Yet, she is brutally rejected when she applies which completely shatters her heart. Her parents never supported her. So after she's rejected, instead of consoling her; they criticize her even more. She never really had friends to begin with; and now that the news of being rejected from the modeling school spread, no one would even look at her in a friendly way. She was mocked. She was bullied. The words kept changing. From chubby to fat. From stupid to worthless With the excessive amount of bullying, she fell into depression. Hard. She stopped eating. I don't like the way he told me he needed to care for me. I felt like an obligation, a responsibility that he is carrying and carrying leads to getting tired and when people gets tired, they give up. I don't want them to give up on me. But they will, so it's good not to make them care for me in the first place. "I never needed anyone. I stopped needing anyone before, why start now?" I uttered the words again. Why? There is nothing to fight for. No mama. No papa. No sister to love me. No one. So why would I waste my life and the time of others to fix what is already broken - and someone who doesn't want to be fixed? If I may add. Maybe I gave up. No, scratch that. "Jess, would you please get his order." Lisa winked at me and pointed the guy near the door. She is my one and only bestfriend since kindergarten. "Okay." I wore my waitress apron and put my phone and car keys on the pocket. I dragged myself to the guy's table to get his order. "Good Morning, Sir. Can I take your order?" The guy put the menu down on the table and he's checking me out! Jerk. "I'll just have the waitress in front me. Name your price." He winked at me. "Jerk!" I got the glass of water from the other table and poured it from his head to his pants so that it looked like that he'd pee on it and I stormed out from the restaurant. Who does he think he is?!? --------------------------------------------------- Jessica is the only child of the highest tax payers in the country and belong to the top 5 richest persons in the world. Her parents own a hundred of five star restaurant chains and hotel & casinos in the country and a hundred more around the world. Her parents love and protect her so much because they don't want publicity for their daughter. They want their daughter to have her private life. Jessica doesn't want other people to know that she's the daughter of the richest couple in the country but of course almost everyone knows about it. She wants to have a simple life. One thing about Jessica is that, she hates guys because she was 'only' cheated and used by four guys already. They used her money and these four guys, she'll see them again at school and that bothers her so much. She don't feel love or hurt from guys anymore. Her heart is numb. It feels nothing. For guys. These four guys made Jessica a cold and heartless person. My life used to be pretty boring. Everything was average. Normal family, normal looks, normal house, normal job, normal life. The only non-boring aspect of my life was my best friend which was only because she always managed to mess it up somehow. I didn't really mind much because it kept things interesting. That is until she disappeared leaving me to care for her fatherless child with nothing more than a few hundred pounds and a sorry note. She did ruin my old life. She ruined everything that I'd actually cared for. My parents hated the fact that I was 'throwing my life away' for a child that wasn't mine. Not to mention illegally. I dyed my hair blue in rebellion. My own way of saying "F*CK YOU!" ...They kicked me out shortly after. I couldn't find a decent job in the area and the rumors became so vicious that I just left and never looked back. Old life: Destroyed, unraveled, completely gone.
