Inspired by Ancient Egyptian culture and myth 😊
Ra: God of the Sun and father of all creation.
Nuit: Goddess of the starry night sky.
Isis: Queen of Heaven and Earth, Goddess of magic and healing, wife to Osiris.
Osiris: God of the Underworld, husband to Isis.
Set: God of Trickery and Turmoil, brother of Isis and Osiris.
Kemet: Ancient Egyptian name of Egypt. Directly translates to "the black land".
Ka: Ancient Egyptian for soul.
Note: This is the first time I've ever written a short story and published it online! All feedback is welcome 🩷

(While the scenes aren't overly graphic, I wanted to provide a heads-up in case you're sensitive to such content.) Gods. Their names echo throughout the universe. Journey Across the Nile
Septunis is your ordinary village in Lower Egypt. Best friends Nena and Zalika live there, and life is going on just fine. Until Nena discovers that she is a godling and can host the power of a god.
