Murder. He was very fond of it never wanting his victims to live just want them to feel the pain they gave others. Meet Charlie he is a murder.He kills abusers,pedos,and many more he feels that if he kills those who do wrong 
That  it should be legal but after a victim fights back he ends up dead now he is in hell and holy shit it's basically Florida with drugs death and sex(well more the normal) in  sight to find his way around  he decides to go explore and let's just say he meets a few new "friends
