A young girl named Maddie was abandoned by her family at an orphanage at a very young age. Her new adopted family loved her until they died in a fire when she was 10. She has been living on the streets for 5 years now trying to keep herself alive. One day, a man in a mysterious green hooded cloak named Mordo comes to save her and brings her to a place called Kamar-Taj where she learns the mystic arts. A new student arrives named Stephen Strange. Maddie and Stephen become very good friends despite there age difference of about 8 years. She helps him fight Dormammu, Kaecilius, and other threats.
