Candice Maxwell was a very average girl. She went to school, has friends, and lived an overall normal life. She lost her mom, and her dad can't afford to pay for Candice and her brother, so Candice has to get a job at a diner to help pay the bills. Candice has a love for music, but she keeps it hidden because she's shy, and knows her family needs her at all times. Her friend Harry knows that she loves to sing, and he just so happens to be very popular. He wants to do everything to get her to book a few shows, and audition for the Discovery Music Group, but she won't budge.
