Aria has grown up with the turtles since she was 8 years old. Her family had been ambushed by the Foot Clan, and she needed a good home. So, the turtles took it upon themselves, with Splinter's blessing, to provide her with a good home and a new family. Now they have become her brothers, Splinter her father, and April her sister.
However, as the 6 of them get older, feelings have begun to develop. But who has these feelings, and will the recipients of said feelings reciprocate them? One can only hope, and only time will tell.

Maria Sanava is a country girl, but unlike her parents, she isn't interested in working on an apple farm her whole life. She wants to do something that makes a mark on the world. (Zootopia anyone?) All her life she has been involved in extracurriculars, top of her classes in everything. She took art, english, math, science, forensic science, physics, philosophy, history, and even a few martial arts. But she couldn't ever figure out what it was that she wanted to do. But that would change when she accompanied her parents and little brother on a trip to New York for a large shipment of apples and a business offer for her parents. The two week trip gets turned around when she meets Leonardo and his family, who just can't figure out what the foot clan is doing, chasing after some random apple girl from the country. Turns out, being good at everything has it's downsides, but this trip is going to change Leo and Maria's view of the world forever. Everything was finally over, the turtles and their friends and family had stopped the Krang and were now recovering from the battle. They could finally relax knowing that the Krang had been defeated.. right? What if there was one Krang left, what if the one Krang left wanted revenge? What will happen? What if Leonardo was the only one of the four turtles who actually wanted to go topside? What if Leonardo was the human son of Splinter before they were mutated when he was one? What if Leonardo and Karai were twins? What if Leonardo's relationship with his brothers was rocky at best? What if he's the only one who rescued April that night from the Krang and the only one to form a close friendship with her? What if he was the one to train April in ninjitsu instead of Splinter?
