13 year old Willow Perez has lived in East Highland for the past 2 years, when her parents died she was forced to move in with Maddy her older cousin. It wasn't necessarily a bad thing, but Willow tried to keep her distance at times, however that wasn't possible when living under the same roof as the Queen Bee.
