Izuku Snow-Allen, born to Barry Allen (The Flash) & Caitlin Snow-Allen (Frost), was sent to live in Japan with a family friend in order to keep Izuku safe from Barry's arch nemesis Eobard Thawne (The Reverse Flash).

Years later, Izuku gets framed by the League Of Villains and nearly everyone turned their backs on him. Then 3 months later, Izuku's released after evidence was gathered by his family and those who believed him and also the L.O.V revealing they framed Izuku.

And after being released, Izuku along with those who stuck with him all left U.A to move to America to continue being superheroes, with Izuku continuing his family's legacy as Impulse and eventually coming to confront the one man who his father can't seem to stop.All Rights Reserved
