James Buchanan Barnes is the leading man of this story. However, This is the story of The Raven.
The Raven, Also known as Sofia Romanoff, Was brought into the Red Room after being found unconscious and abandoned by a few of General Dreykov's men. They estimated she was about thirteen years old, And when she finally woke she had no memories of her former life.
Natasha Romanoff was sixteen years old and had spent her entire life in the Red Room, Being one of their most prized pupils. When the young unnamed girl was tossed in with Natasha's age group, given she was much stronger than the other girls in her age range, Natasha took it upon herself to help the girl survive. Even choosing her new name.
Fast Forward many years later. Sofia Romanoff is sent on a what is supposed to be a simple recon mission but quickly escalates to the fight of her life. Against The Winter Soldier. The most unexpected part of all? She recognizes the face beneath the mask. Saving him could get her killed, But only if someone is brave enough to stand in her way.
Loosely following the canon MCU timeline until the events of Civil War, Sofia must decide just how much loss she can handle. Bonds between her found family are tested time and time again. And with broken hearts, faked deaths, and secret ties to family lines all being brought to light, She will ultimately have to choose who is worth fighting for. Or dying beside.

Though he had only known her a few days, during the battle with Loki, he found that she had completely entranced him. Ana didn't know who she was before Clint had found her and saved her. She idolised him, and followed in his footsteps, becoming an agent of SHIELD. Her life takes a complete turn, when she finds herself taken after the battle. ***** When he had returned to Midgard, Earth a few years later, with a reformed Loki, he finds that she had been missing and presumed dead almost as long as he had been gone. When the Avengers hit a Hydra base, to get back the scepter, they come across a room, where someone is bound, from the ceiling. Rescuing the fraile figure, they return to the jet victorious, only to find their rescue, is none other than Ana. She was barely conscious, and from clear signs, she was not there willingly. Taking her back to the tower, they try to help her, only to find that she has no memory of them, and now holding her own power. Thor wants nothing more than to destroy every single person who had hurt her, his need to protect her burning within him. The only comfort she finds is in his brother and the metal armed soldier, needing them both to protect her. ***** Being in a new place, surrounded by so many people, she felt overwhelmed, terrified that they would hurt her like the others. She feels her wrists are now free, and that power within her, was now accessible again.
