Being homeless is a painstakingly normal way of life for a Hybrid. Born in the streets, living in alleys, and surviving all kinds of desires by will alone, Izuku cursed the society he lived in. Humanity be damned for thier unfairness, jealous of the fact of how much more developed human genes were in comparison to Hybrids like himself.
So, it comes to a great surprise, and even greater hesitation, when Katsuki, a father of two, offers to help Izuku despite the circumstances of their meeting. Their few days together spend under the same roof allows wishful romanticism to come to light after having them buried under a mountain of fear and shame for years at a time.

However, his life changes when he accidentally runs into a person on the street, causing the tall man to spill his coffee. Izuku is the one to get splashed with the hot liquid, but still feels bad about the incident and offers to pay for the blond's coffee. The man is none other than Katsuki. Even though he's in a bit of a rush, on his way to work, he finds himself falling for a freckled guy in a wheelchair who was kind enough to buy him another drink.
