Hayley and Rosita have gotten so close ever since her and her group was welcomed into Alexandria. 
After Abraham dumps Rosita, and leaves her by herself, Hayley offer to move in with her and Eugene to help her. 
Hayley and Rosita are both really strong fighters and really think you can make it far without losing each other.
Everyone knows how strong you are together, no one doubts your teamwork. 

This will not include any romance between Hayley  and Rosita, however I guess you could ship them?!?😭
