mikey's been deaf for 17 years and now that he's not he's not really sure how to speak. everyone avoids him or teases him. except ashton.
ashton had always been the caring type. the rescuer. he started out hanging out with the red haired mute boy to be kind but quickly finds himself falling in love.
((i've recieved a lot of questions about michaels condition bc i was kinda unclear about it so i just wanna say that he was deaf now he is not (he had a surjury) an that he is mute bc people who have been deaf their whole lives usually can't speak properly))
