With the PAW Patrol only just starting to form, Ryder finds himself adopting more small dogs than he ever assumed one would need. But with them being nowhere near old enough to face the dangers of rescue missions, let alone the harsh world in general, he isn't given much of a choice other than to let them be the pups that they are.
Meanwhile, the rest of the newly formed team is simply living life one day at a time. With their young minds beginning given the full freedom to set out and discover the reality they're a part of, what shenanigans might they get themselves into? And what sorts of trouble could their innocent yet naive recklessness get them into?
And most notably, what happens when some of them are a little too interested in the secrets left to drown in their pasts?

Regaining Trust-A Paw Patrol Story
Five years ago, Chase had run away from Adventure Bay. He did it to protect the rest of the Paw Patrol after an incident where someone had told him that if he doesn't leave immediately, they were going to kill the team. Chase, to protect his friends and family, did as he was told. He left without saying goodbye. Five years passed and the person who threatened Chase was finally gone, so Chase was able to return to Adventure Bay. However, there is one problem. The rest of the Paw Patrol thought had Chase had died. They never replaced Chase's spot out of grief. And when Chase returns after many years, the pups aren't sure if they should trust him anymore. Is Chase going to be able to regain their trust? How is Skye going to react? Will they ever trust him again? Or will things never go back to normal? Only time will tell. Ryder and the Mighty Pups successfully foil another plan by the Copycat and Harold Humdinger. But when Ryder's newest invention, a teleportation machine, is stolen and tinkered with, the Copycat, Harold, and the Paw Patrol are sent into a different reality. This new world is similar to theirs, but the Paw Patrol doesn't exist. The Paw Patrol is fine, but they're humans? The pups realize they can switch from human to pup form on command. The Paw Patrol searches for a way back, only to find that the Copycat and Harold have taken over. With the help of some new friends, they must try to stop them and return home. Along the way, they must also battle their insecurities and fears. Will they be able to defeat the villains and return home? Or will they be stuck in this new reality forever?
